What if I don’t like the lessons, can I get a refund of my lesson?

If there is an issue with the class, we will launch an investigation. Our studios are equipped with CCTV systems that record the video and audio of class activities. In the event of unprofessional behavior or misconduct on the part of the educator, we will provide a full refund for the lesson. If the issue is subjective, a refund may not be possible, but you can request to switch to a different educator if desired.
