  1. What is PayNow?
    PayNow is a peer-to-peer funds transfer service available to retail customers in Singapore.

    PayNow enables retail customers to send and receive Singapore Dollar funds from one bank to another in Singapore through FAST by using just their mobile number or Singapore NRIC/FIN, almost instantly. The sender no longer needs to know the recipient's bank and account number when transferring money via PayNow.

    Retail customers can also send Singapore Dollar funds to businesses with PayNow Corporate through the business's Unqiue Entity Number (UEN)

  2. Do I need to register for PayNow?
    You do not need to register for PayNow in order to send money to another person or entity

    If you want to be able to receive funds from other people with your phone number or NRIC/FIN, then you will need to register for PayNow. Login to your internet/mobile banking to find out more.
  3. Do I have to pay a transaction fee?
    No, there is no transaction fee
  4. How do I send the screenshot to my educator?
    For Android users,
    1. Hold down the volume button and power button at the same time.
    2. When the screenshot is generated, tap the share button
    3. Select your educator's contact
    4. Send the screenshot


    For iOS users,
    1. Press the home button and power button at the same time.
    2. Tap to open the screenshot
    3. Tap the export icon
    4. Select your educator's contact

  5. My level is B1+ and I am not able to type the plus "+" symbol in the reference number.
    Please type your student ID in the reference number.
  6. I would like to pay 2 (or more) months of fees, how should I write the reference number?
    As per normal

    Kindly let your educator know that you are paying for more than 1 month
  7. My children are learning at 2 different branches. How should I pay?
    You would have to make 2 separate transactions to the 2 different branches with different Unique Entity Numbers (UEN).

    Please DO NOT combine payment.
  8. I'm paying for more than one student's fee. They are both learning at the same branch. How should I write the reference number?
    Please write the Student ID of each student

    e.g.
    S000000A S000000B
